Science Communication Workshop for NSF E-RISE: DREAM Center Researchers

This workshop will introduce researchers from the DREAM Center (NSF E-RISE Award #OIA-2417062) to fundamental science communication techniques that are effective, practical, and inclusive. The workshop will incorporate elements of the Portal to the Public program and introduce participants to successful communication strategies, e.g., #betterposters and Three-Minute-Thesis-style presentations, that support the democratization and sharing of academic research with broader audiences. Content will be tailored to meet the specific needs of participants.
